Peaceful Valley has many levels of care that we provide to our residents. These levels ensure that all of our residents receive the attention that they need to be healthy. PVDR is always looking for partners that want to sponsor a donkey and help with the financial costs.
Donkey Sponsorship is an easy way for you to help a donkey in need. Our Seniors and Special Needs Donkeys are our most labor intensive cases. These donkeys require the most attention and their care is the most costly.
Most jennets (female donkeys) arrive at Peaceful Valley already pregnant. To ensure a healthy delivery, these jennets need special feed and supplements as well as veterinary check ups.
Our wild residents as well as some of our severe abuse cases are simply too unmanageble to ever be adopted into a family's home. The very best thing for these donkeys is to be given the gift of freedom on one of our many sanctuaries.
All PVDR Sponsors will be given the opportunity to name their sponsored donkey. The sponsor's name and the donkey's name will be posted on our webpage along with a link to the sponsored donkey's information file.
